Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our US warehouse. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

US shipping is free on orders over $95. Below that, shipping is calculated by package weight and runs between $4.99 and $9.99. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are charged the carrier-calculated rate shown at checkout.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on your location. If your tracking has not moved for several days, email us and we will chase it down.

Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email support@motionmolds.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
