How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our US warehouse. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on orders over $95. Under that, shipping is calculated by weight and runs between $4.99 and $9.99, shown exactly at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

What is the Depth Guarantee?
Every mold is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Train on it for 30 days. If you do not feel the difference, send it back for a full refund. Any shape, any reason.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and which mold you are returning. We reply with return instructions within 1 business day. Refunds land on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the return arriving.

Your shipping confirmation email has a live tracking link. You can also see your order history any time through your account.
I entered the wrong address.
Email us as fast as you can. If the order has not shipped yet, we will fix it before it leaves.
Product Care
How do I clean my mold?
Wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry. The high-density EVA does not absorb sweat the way soft foam does, so a quick wipe keeps it fresh.
Will it wear out?
High-density EVA holds its shape under load. It is firm on purpose, and normal training wear is expected and covered within the 30-day guarantee window.

Will it fit my machine or my feet?
Each product page has a fit section and FAQ for that specific mold. Not sure about your machine? Email us a photo and we will tell you straight.
