The Depth Guarantee
Every mold is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee that starts the day your order is delivered. Use it in your training. If it is not right for you, for any reason, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. Normal wear from training does not void the guarantee. We built these to be trained on, and we stand behind that.
How To Start A Return
- Email support@motionmolds.com with your order number and which mold you're returning.
- We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
- Drop the package at any USPS location.
- Once we receive it, your refund hits your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Return shipping is on the customer. If the mold arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.
Damaged Or Defective
If your mold arrives damaged, or you spot a manufacturing defect within the 30-day window, email us a photo. We'll send a free replacement immediately, no need to return the original.
Exchanges
Want to swap one mold for another? Easiest path: return the original and place a new order. This keeps timing predictable and gets the right product to you faster than holding inventory in our queue.
The Complete Set
Returns on the Complete Set are all-or-nothing: the full kit comes back for a full refund. Partial returns aren't supported on bundle pricing. If a single mold in your set has a defect, that's a replacement, not a return, and it's on us.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a promotion or with a discount code are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. Refunds are issued at the price you paid.
