The Window
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. We accept returns on molds that are unused and in original condition. If you've trained on it and it has visible wear, we can't take it back — we want every customer to receive a clean product.
How To Start A Return
- Email returns@motionmolds.com with your order number and which mold you're returning.
- We'll email you a return label within 1 business day.
- Drop the package at any USPS location.
- Once we receive it, your refund hits your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping is on the customer ($6.99 deducted from your refund). If the mold arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping in full.
Damaged Or Defective
If your mold arrives damaged, or if you spot a manufacturing defect within the 30-day window, email us with a photo. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
Exchanges
Want to swap one mold for another? Easiest path: return the original and place a new order. This keeps timing predictable and gets the right product to you faster than holding inventory in our queue.
The Bundle
Returns on the Complete Set bundle are all-or-nothing — either the full kit comes back, or none of it. Partial returns aren't supported on bundle pricing.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a promotion or with a discount code are returnable under the same 30-day terms. Refunds are issued at the price you paid.
