Refund policy
The Depth Guarantee
Every Motion Molds product is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Train on it for 30 days. If you do not feel the difference, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. Any shape, any reason. Normal wear from training does not void the guarantee.
How To Start A Return
Email support@motionmolds.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and which mold you are returning. We will reply with return instructions within 1 business day. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be matched to an order and may delay your refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases we cover return shipping in full, or simply send a replacement without asking for the original back.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Item
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us a photo and we will make it right immediately with a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap one mold for another is to return the original and place a new order for the one you want.
The Complete Set
Returns on the Complete Set are all or nothing. The full set comes back for a full refund. Partial returns are not supported on bundle pricing.
Sale And Discounted Items
Items bought during a promotion or with a discount code are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. Refunds are issued at the price you paid.
